Not currently — we deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to return most items, provided they're unused and in their original packaging. Return postage for non-faulty returns is the customer's responsibility.

Contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

No — we don't manufacture our own pieces. We hand-select every product from trusted suppliers, choosing items for how well they work in real homes, not just how they photograph.

Yes. Most of our furniture requires some simple assembly, and instructions are included with every delivery. Product pages note whether assembly is needed.

Every product page lists dimensions and, where relevant, suitable pet size or weight. If you're unsure, get in touch before ordering and we're happy to advise.

Yes. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider — we never store your full card details.

You'll receive an order confirmation when you purchase, followed by a dispatch email with tracking details (where available) once your order is on its way.
