Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Cosy Corner Pets UK.

Standard Returns — 30 Days

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. To start a return, contact us at atigiongroup@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return postage for standard (non-faulty) returns is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Faulty or Damaged Items — 60 Days

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a fault within 60 days of delivery, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as opened pet bedding or used litter trays) may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Any exclusions will be noted on the relevant product page.
